THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Do you have a shop I can purchase from?
    We certainly do! You can buy direct from our shop 5 days a week. You can find our opening hours and address on the Get In Touch page.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays on a tracked 48 hour service via Royal Mail. During busy periods such as Fathers Day & the run up to Christmas we will dispatch orders daily from Tuesday-Friday.
  • What are the Ingredients, Nutritionals and Allergens?
    This information can be found on each product listing but should you require any further information or clarification please do not hesitate to get in touch.
  • How are the products cooked?
    Pork Scratchings - Pork Scratchings are cooked for an average of 90 minutes in its own self produced oil at a high temperature. This creates the Black Country classic traditional Pork Scratching. Pork Crackling - Pork Crackling is double cooked to maximise flavour whilst maintaining a softer bite then Pork Scratchings. Pork Crunch - The Pork Crunch is cooked in two stages, it is the second stage which creates the puffy texture and makes it more tender, light and fluffy then the Pork Scratchings. All our products are cooked fresh by hand in small batches to ensure a quality product at all times.
  • How do I store my Scratchings?
    Keep at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and away from strong odours. Once opened if not consumed straight away keep in an air tight container.
  • Do you supply Wholesale?
    We do supply wholesalers and can open a trade account, please email us directly at sales@gsimmonsandsons.co.uk and we will send over prices and information.
